Privacy Policy

The Whitecourt Minor Soccer Association adheres to the Privacy Policy regarding the gathering of personal information instituted by the Alberta Soccer Association.

Personal information will be retained as long as reasonably necessary to enable participation in the organizations programs, events and activities, and in order to maintain historical records as required by law or by governing organizations (CASA, ASA, CSA). The information gathered will only be used for its intended purpose, in accordance with the Canadian Privacy Policy PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronics Document Act) as well as the Alberta Privacy Act - PIPA (Personal Information Privacy Act)
